What does "Suspended - Offline" mean?

If your service says "Suspended" on the Billing Panel or "Suspended - Offline" on our gamepanel then there is an issue that needs to be resolved before bringing it back online. Please make sure you have checked the following:


  • Your invoice(s) are marked as Paid;
  • You have no tickets opened with you (sometimes we may open a ticket with you);
  • You may have received an email from us with a reason.



If you are unsure of why your service is suspended, feel free to open a ticket and we can tell you the exact reason.


If your invoices are not marked as paid then you need to pay them within 5 days to avoid the service being terminated. If you have paid and it still says unpaid, please open a billing ticket with the PayGol/PayPal Transaction ID.
