How to run a WinMTR

This guide will show you how to run a WinMTR

First Download WinMTR
Extract the contents of the .zip file to your desktop.
Open the WinMTR folder, then open the folder that matches your version of Windows (32-bit or 64-bit) and run WinMTR.exe.
Enter the IP address you want to test in the Host field (This will normally be the server's IP however ask the support agent if you are unsure).

Note: If multiple IPs are listed, run a WinMTR test for each IP address.
Click Start, let this run for a minimum of 5 minutes.
Click Stop
Click "Copy Text to clipboard" and paste this into your support ticket using code tags
