How to install Sponge

SpongeForge is a platform to allow you to use sponge plugins (which you can find at https://ore.spongepowered.org/) alongside Forge mods and modpacks

Sponge is only compatible with the following Minecraft versions: 1.12.2, 1.12.1, 1.11.2, 1.11, 1.10.2

How to install Sponge

1. Firstly, ensure you have a working Forge server that can start up correctly.
2. Download the SpongeForge JAR for the appropriate version of Forge from https://www.spongepowered.org/downloads/spongeforge/stable/1.12.2
3. Upload the SpongeForge JAR into your mods folder, alongside the other mods, through FTP
4. Restart the server
5. Run the sponge version command in console, this should print out version information to verift it has worked

How to install plugins

1. Find the plugin on https://ore.spongepowered.org/
2. Download the plugin's JAR file and upload it to your mods folder
3. Reboot the server
4. The sponge plugin should now be installed.
